Delivery

All orders are packed and dispatched from the United Kingdom. Delivery costs and estimated timescales are confirmed when we reply to your enquiry, before you pay for anything.

Dispatch

Orders confirmed on a working day are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. We will let you know if an item is out of stock and offer an alternative shade or a full refund.

Where we deliver

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. If you are outside the UK, contact us first and we will confirm whether we can ship to your address and what it would cost.

Tracking

Where a tracked service is used we will email you the tracking reference once your parcel is collected.
