Who we are

This website is operated by FUNKY BUNNY SALES LTD, Flat 7, 26A Dovecote Street, Stockton, Cleveland, TS18 1LN, United Kingdom. We are an online retailer of synthetic hair extensions, hair colouring products, toners and hair styling accessories.

Orders

Product listings are an invitation to buy, not an offer. A contract is formed once we confirm your order in writing. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock or has been listed at an incorrect price.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and confirmed before payment.

Products

Extension products are made from synthetic fibre. Colour, toner and styling products are ordinary consumer cosmetics. Shades shown on screen are a guide only and results from colour and toner products vary with your starting shade. Always read the manufacturer's instructions, complete the allergy alert test where one is specified, and follow the safety information supplied with the product.

No medical claims

Our products are cosmetic. They are not intended to treat hair loss, regrow hair or treat any scalp condition, and nothing on this website should be read as a medical claim.

Cancellation and returns

Your cancellation and return rights are set out on our Returns page and are in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
