Your right to cancel

Under UK consumer law you may cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it and return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us. Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.

Hygiene exclusions

For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of hair extensions, hair colour or toners once the packaging has been opened or the seal broken, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days with your order reference and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including return postage.

How to return

Email sales@funkybunnysales.co.uk before sending anything back and we will confirm the return address and next steps. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods.
